"This place has it all what a great spot with its own surf break out front. The beach and the private pool were amazing. The house and grounds are immaculate. What an awesome place that was well worth the money. Lots of cool places to go to eat and friendly people. Our GPS worked with no problem so navigating through Nicaragua Street and seeing the sites was a breeze. Nicaragua is definitely a must see on your bucket list. "The property was amazing, this is actually the second time we stay here. Unfortunately, they just recently opened some sort of club, a building in between the hotel that it wouldn’t let us sleep, their music was extremely loud and they didn’t shut it down til around 3 in the morning. First time we came it was amazing, we were able to truly relax now not so much. Not the property’s fault but it did affect our stay. "

Nice cute hotel well located

"Second time i stay there. Its small, quiet and close to the main cathedral and the places where the volcano tours start. Its very clean, rooms are simple but ac works great which is the most important when in Leon! Breakfast is nice as well ans the staff are all welcoming and helpful."

"We loved the location because we could walk just about anywhere. There is a nice dining and shopping area near by as well as the Central Park and church. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful! The only reason why I gave it less stars is because the property’s bed arrangement in the 4 bed units, it felt tight and also it can use some upgrades. Also we were unlucky with the room facing the street and it got very loud. "
